Lagos-based leadership accelerator Cascador is now accepting applications for its 2025 program, offering mid-stage African entrepreneurs a powerful platform to scale their impact-driven businesses. With a focus on strategic growth, leadership, and access to capital, the initiative continues to cement its role as a catalyst for entrepreneurial transformation in Nigeria.
The Cascador program blends in-person intensives with virtual learning, providing personalized mentorship and a $5,000 USD stipend to each entrepreneur for professional development. Participants gain hands-on guidance to sharpen value propositions, develop viable funding strategies, and build resilient leadership capacity.
A standout feature of the initiative is the launch of its $2 million Catalytic Fund, set to debut in May 2025 in collaboration with Sterling Bank. Alumni of the program will have exclusive access to this funding pool—structured as a flexible mix of equity, debt, and guarantee instruments—with investment decisions made at an invite-only Pitch Day.
Applications are open until June 1st, 2025, with strict eligibility requirements: companies must be based in Nigeria, operate for over two years, and report annual revenue of at least ₦50 million. Only 10 entrepreneurs will be selected, making this one of Nigeria’s most competitive and prestigious entrepreneurial programs.
The 2025 edition kicks off with an in-person retreat in September and concludes with a November capstone at Lagos Business School.
For mission-driven founders looking to lead boldly, scale sustainably, and tap into growth capital—Cascador may be the breakthrough opportunity they’ve been waiting for. Apply here.
